Ingredients:
1 leftover cooked chicken breast, coarsely chopped (or 1/2 cup canned chicken)
1 1/2 cups fat-free chicken broth
1/2 cup frozen mixed veggies
Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and cook for one minute and thirty seconds, or until heated through.
